Cancellation Policy

Nails Republic Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Nails Republic, we strive to provide exceptional service and a relaxing experience for every client. In order to maintain the highest level of service and accommodate all of our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to another client. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount will be charged. Unpaid No-Show Fees: If we are unable to collect the no-show fee due to an invalid card, insufficient funds, or any other payment issue, the outstanding balance must be settled before booking any future appointments. Until the balance is cleared, we will not be able to schedule new services. Why This Policy Is Important: We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, when appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute, it impacts both our team and other clients waiting to book. The fee is in place to compensate for the time our technicians set aside exclusively for you. How to Avoid Fees: Call us or update your appointment through our booking system at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re running late or have an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment with Nails Republic, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
